Locks

If you lose your keys or lock yourself out of your property, it is your responsibility to have a spare set and we do not provide a key holding service. reimbursed to you.

No Hot Water or Heating

Unfortunately boilers and heating systems can develop faults throughout the course of a tenancy. A fault with a boiler would not always be considered an emergency. Please email repairs@mylako.com and we will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours.

If you are able to, please check that your boiler pressure is above 1 Bar on the pressure gauge. If the pressure has dropped, please top up the pressure if you are able to do so by consulting the boiler user manual (which can be found online).

Please note the following:

Please note the following:

If a contractor is contacted by yourself outside of office hours and
determines that the issue is not an emergency you may be responsible to
pay for the full cost of the invoice.

If you have a non-urgent issue then please email us at repairs@mylako.com
